Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:483

Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, he said: Zakariya narrated to us, from Mus'ab ibn Shaybah, from Talq ibn Habib, from Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr, that Aisha narrated to him that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "He must perform ghusl (ritual washing) from cupping."
