Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:684

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Al-A’mash narrated to us, from Salim, from Kurayb, from Ibn Abbas, from his maternal aunt Maymunah, who said: I prepared water for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for a ritual bath (ghusl), so he performed ghusl from sexual impurity. He tilted the vessel with his left hand onto his right, then he washed his palms. Then he poured [water] over his private part and washed it. Then he rubbed his hand on the ground. Then he rinsed his mouth and sniffed water into his nose, and washed his face and his forearms. Then he poured [water] over his head, then he poured the water over the rest of his body. Then he moved aside and washed his feet. She said: So I brought him a cloth, but he rejected it and began to do this with the water, shaking the water off.
