Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:778

Ibn Mahdi narrated to us from Ghiyath, and Ibn Mahdi narrated to us from Sufyan, from Mansur, from Safiyyah, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr regarding the person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) washing his head with lotus leaves (sidr). He said: He shall not wash his head.
