Waki’ informed us, from Hammad bin Zayd, from Yahya bin ‘Atiq, who said: I asked al-Hasan and Ibn Sirin about a man who performs ghusl, and some of the water from his ghusl splashes into his vessel. Al-Hasan said: "And who can control the splashing of water?" Ibn Sirin said: "We indeed hope for the mercy of our Lord, which is more expansive than this."
