Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:811

811. Waki’ narrated to us, from Mahdi ibn Maymun, from Shu’ayb, from Abu al-‘Aliyah, who said: It is sufficient for the person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) if he submerges once and touches [his body] with his hands.
