Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:83

Waki’ narrated to us, [saying] Dawud bin Qays narrated to us, from Ubayd Allah bin Miqsam, from al-Qasim, who said: As for whoever performs wudu well, then [it is] once, once.
