Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:951

Abu Usama narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, who said: "When the circumcised part passes the circumcised part, Ghusl (ritual bathing) becomes obligatory."
