Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:989

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-Zubayr ibn ‘Adi, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who has intercourse with his wife other than in her private part: He said: "He must perform ghusl, and she must wash her private part, unless he ejaculates."
