Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:137

Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from al-Hakam, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, from a man among the companions of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: "Whoever buys a *musarrah* (an animal whose milk has been withheld in the udder to deceive the buyer), he has the choice of two options regarding it. If he returns it, he shall return with it a *sa’* of food or a *sa’* of dates." And he mentioned that Abu Hanifah said the opposite of this.
