Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:166

Waki' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from his father, from al-Sha'bi, who said: A man from the Ansar came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: "O Messenger of God, my father has seized my wealth." He said: "You and your wealth belong to your father."
