Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibrahim ibn ‘Abd al-A’la, from Suwayd ibn Ghafala, from ‘Aisha, who said: A man may eat from the wealth of his child as much as he wishes, but the child may not eat from the wealth of his father except with his permission.
