Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:188

Yazid narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn Kathir and Ibrahim ibn Sa'd, both of whom said: Az-Zuhri informed us, from 'Amrah, from 'Aishah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "The hand is cut for a quarter of a dinar and upwards."
