Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:189

Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Isa ibn Abi ‘Azzah, from al-Sha’bi, from Abdullah: That the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cut [the hand of a thief] for five dirhams. And he mentioned that Abu Hanifah said: "The hand is not cut for less than ten dirhams."
