Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:19

Ibn Mushir narrated to us, from Abu Hayyan, from al-Sha'bi, from al-Nu'man ibn Bashir, from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said: "I do not bear witness to injustice." And he mentioned that Abu Hanifa said: "There is no harm in it."
