Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:23

Hushaym narrated to us, from Uthman ibn Hakim, from Kharijah ibn Zayd, from his paternal uncle Yazid ibn Thabit—and he was older than Zayd—that the Prophet (peace be upon him) prayed over a woman after she had been buried, so he prayed over her and said the takbir four times.
