Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:240

Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, that her (Barirah’s) masters stipulated the right of inheritance (al-wala’). He (the Prophet) judged that the right of inheritance belongs to the one who emancipated.
