Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:243

'Abbad ibn al-'Awwam narrated to us, from Burayd, from Sulayman ibn Musa, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) urinated, then struck the earth with his hand and wiped his face and his palms with it.
