Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:266

Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, from the one who heard Tawus say: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "There is no divorce except after a marriage."
