Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Sayf ibn Sulayman, from Qays ibn Sa’d, from ‘Amr ibn Dinar, from Ibn ‘Abbas, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) judged by an oath and a witness.
