Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:28

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Sulaym ibn Hayyan informed us, from Sa'id ibn Mina, from Jabir: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, performed the funeral prayer over Ashama and pronounced the takbir four times over him. And he mentioned that Abu Hanifa said: "The funeral prayer is not to be performed over a deceased person twice."
