Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:333

Hafs narrated to us, from al-Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from al-Hasan al-'Arani, who said: The entire earth is a place of prayer, except for three: the graveyard, the bathhouse, and the latrine.
