Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:394

Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from ‘Abdullah ibn Babah, from Jubayr ibn Mut’im, from the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), that he said: "O sons of ‘Abd Manaf, do not prevent anyone who circumambulated this House and prayed at any hour of the night or day."
