Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:418

Waki' narrated to us, Haytham ibn Hammad narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Aban, from Anas, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Gabriel came to me and said: 'When you perform ablution, comb through your beard.'" And he mentioned that Abu Hanifa did not hold the view of combing through the beard.
