Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:452

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from ‘Asim ibn Abi al-Najud, from Abu Qilabah, from al-Nu’man ibn Bashir, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed during an eclipse [in a manner] similar to your prayer, bowing and prostrating. And he mentioned that Abu Hanifah said: "The prayer is not performed during a lunar eclipse."
