Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:5

Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from al-Sha'bi, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, stoned a Jewish man and a Jewish woman. And he mentioned that Abu Hanifa said: "There is no stoning upon them."
