Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:68

Hafs narrated to us, from Layth, from Tawus, regarding a man who made a vow during the Pre-Islamic period (Jahiliyyah) then accepted Islam. He said: He must fulfill his vow. And he mentioned that Abu Hanifah said: The oath is dropped when he accepts Islam.
