Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:71

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu Burdah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "There is no marriage except with a guardian." And he mentioned that Abu Hanifah used to say: "It is permissible if he is a match (kufu')."
