Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:76

Shababa ibn Sawwar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Hattan ibn 'Abd Allah, from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "Take from me: Allah has indeed made a way for them. The virgin with the virgin, and the previously married with the previously married. The virgin is to be flogged and banished, and the previously married is to be flogged and stoned." And he mentioned that Abu Hanifah said: "He is not to be banished."
