Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:83

Ibn Numayr and Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) performed *li'an* (oath of condemnation) between a man from the Ansar and his wife, and he separated them.
