Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 35:99

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-Suddi, from Yahya ibn ‘Abbad, from Anas ibn Malik, that some orphans inherited wine. Abu Talha asked the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, to turn it into vinegar. He said, "No." And he mentioned that Abu Hanifa said, "There is no harm in it."
