Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1008

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Dawud, from al-Sha’bi, and from Sa’id, from Abu Ma’shar, from Ibrahim; they both said regarding the *mudarib* (the entrepreneur in a profit-sharing partnership) who violates [the terms of the contract]: They both said: They are to be kept away from the profit, and they are to give it away in charity.
