Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1050

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid narrated to us, from Ibn al-Awwam, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, he said: "If he returns it to him as a right, then there is no harm."
