Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Ata, from Ibn Abbas and Ibn al-Zubayr, that they both saw no harm in taking money in the land of the Hijaz and giving it in the land of Iraq, or taking it in the land of Iraq and giving it in the land of the Hijaz.
