Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1075

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, from Ibn Abbas regarding the testimony of young boys. He said: Allah the Exalted said: "From among those you approve as witnesses." And they are not from those who are approved. Ibn al-Zubayr said: They are more likely, if they are asked about what they saw, to testify. Ibn Abi Mulaykah said: I did not see the judges accept anything except the statement of Ibn al-Zubayr.
