Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shareek narrated to us, from Abd al-A’la, from Shurayh, that he used to permit the testimony of young boys regarding [the injuries of] the teeth and the *mudihah* (a wound that exposes the bone), but he would refuse them in anything other than that.
