Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1092

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hatim ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from Ja'far, from his father, from Ali: That he used to hold the fuller and the goldsmith liable [for items entrusted to them]. And he said: "The people will not be set right except by that."
