Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:11

Ghundar narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman, from Husayn, who said: Tawus was asked, while I was listening, about two partners who entered into a partnership, one of whom had more capital, and [the question was] about the loss. Tawus said: "He is not held liable for the loss, and he [retains] his capital."
