Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1129

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from al-Layth, al-Sha'bi, and Ibrahim, [they] said: If a man dies and he has a debt [due] at a [future] term, then his debt has become due.
