Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:116

Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Asim, from al-Sha’bi, who said: If a man comes to own his paternal uncle, or his paternal aunt, or his maternal uncle, or his maternal aunt, then he (the relative) is free, and he is in the status of his parents.
