Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:117

Jarir narrated to us, from Aban ibn Taghlib, from Talha, from Ibrahim and al-Sha'bi, they both said: Whoever owns his paternal uncle, or his paternal aunt, or his maternal uncle, or his maternal aunt, or anyone closer than that in lineage, then he is free.
