Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:118

Ali bin Hashim narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from Abd al-Karim, from al-Hasan, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever possesses a person of prohibited degree (dhu mahram) from his kin, then he is free."
