Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1190

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Za’idah narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, who said: "There is no harm in marking the garments, then saying: 'I will sell them to you based on this mark of mine as a profit-sharing sale (murabahah),' without clarifying the increase." He (Ibrahim) said: "No, this is deception and lying."
