Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1195

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Abi Za'idah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, he said: "If the two proofs (evidences) are equal, then it belongs to the one in whose hands it is."
