Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Humayd ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Hasan ibn Salih, from Ash'ath, from al-Hakam regarding a man who has a garment in his possession, and a man establishes evidence that it is his garment, and the one in whose possession it is establishes evidence that it is his garment. He said: It belongs to the one in whose possession it is. And he said regarding a beast: This one establishes evidence and the one in whose possession it is establishes evidence that it is his beast. He said: It belongs to the one in whose possession it is.
