Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1198

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Simak, from Tamim ibn Tarfah, that two men claimed a camel, and each of them brought forth evidence that it belonged to him. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, judged that it was between them.
