Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1209

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Ibn Sirin, from Uthman, that he judged regarding a garment that a man buys, and it has a defect, that he may return it even if he has worn it.
