Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1210

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who buys a garment, then sees a defect in it. He said: There shall be deducted from its price the amount that such a defect diminishes it.
