Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1212

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from al-Hasan ibn Ubayd Allah, from Ibrahim, from Shurayh: Two men disputed before him. One of them had bought a Harawi garment from the other, then he cut it, and afterwards found a defect in it. Shurayh said to him: "What you have caused to it is more severe than what was in it."
