Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1221

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from al-Harith al-'Ukli, regarding a man who bought a house and then utilized its produce, then a man came and claimed it (as his own). He said: Nothing of the produce is made for him, meaning the claimant. And in this chain of narration, it is regarding one who utilized the produce from his own labor.
