Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1222

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ and Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi’b, from Makhlad ibn Khuffaf, from ‘Urwah, from ‘Aishah, she said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) decreed that the profit (al-kharaj) is by the guarantee (bi-al-daman).
